This page explains our production timeline, order processing time, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times by destination.
1. Shipping Regions & Free Shipping Thresholds
We proudly ship our premium medical scrubs internationally. To provide the most reliable service, we partner with top-tier global carriers, including SF Express International and YunExpress.
Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds vary by destination and are structured in local currencies as follows:
  • United States (US): Free shipping on all orders over USD $59.90. A flat shipping fee of USD $9.90 applies to orders under $59.90.
  • United Kingdom (UK): Free shipping on all orders over GBP £60.00. A flat shipping fee of GBP £9.90 applies to orders under £60.00.
  • Australia (AU): Free shipping on all orders over AUD $69.90. A flat shipping fee of AUD $15.00 applies to orders under $69.90.
  • Canada (CA): Free shipping on all orders over CAD $110.00. A flat shipping fee of CAD $15.00 applies to orders under $110.00.
  • Mexico (MX): Free shipping on all orders over MXN $1,499.00. A flat shipping fee of MXN $250.00 applies to orders under $1,499.00.
  • Europe (Excluding UK): Free shipping on all orders over EUR €70.00. A flat shipping fee of EUR €12.00 applies to orders under €70.00.
  • Other Eligible Countries: Free shipping on all orders over USD $79.99. A flat shipping fee of USD $15.00 applies to orders under $79.99.
2. Production & Order Processing Time
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Production/Processing Time + Transit Time.
  • In-stock Items (Standard Products): No production time required. Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized / Embroidered Items:
    • Customization Preparation: Approximately 3 business days.
    • Production Time: Approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.
  • Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in both the shipping origin and destination regions.
3. Estimated Shipping Time by Destination
The following timelines refer to the transit time after your package has been dispatched from our fulfillment center and do not include the production or processing times mentioned above.
  • United Kingdom (UK) & Ireland: 5–10 business days
  • United States / Canada / Australia: 6–12 business days
  • Mexico: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Other Eligible Countries: 8–15 business days
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or regional postal courier operations.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DAP Policy)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their destination country's regulations.
These charges are collected locally (often by the domestic courier or customs office upon arrival) and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. For more details on compliance, please refer to our local Terms of Service.
5. Shipping Method & Order Tracking
  • Official Carriers: SF Express International & YunExpress.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and a tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
  • Support: If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days after your order has been marked as fulfilled, please contact our customer support team at support@gpscrubs.com for immediate assistance.
